Garuda4D may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during your membership, including — but not limited to — prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
By using the Garuda4D Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that:
Garuda4D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account that it determines, on reasonable grounds, to be acting in breach of these Terms of Use without prior notice.
Garuda4D supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered Member — are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your Account balance subject to payment gateway processing times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within seconds. FPX and DuitNow transfers may take up to 5 minutes. Garuda4D accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Anti-Money Laundering: Garuda4D is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits that are inconsistent with a Member's established activity patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence reviews and temporary holds.
Members may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. All withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument registered in the Member's own name. Garuda4D does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Garuda4D reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of potential fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Garuda4D makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Garuda4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Garuda4D collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Garuda4D does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data is used solely to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garuda4D is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Garuda4D's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or to binding arbitration, as applicable.
